This is a downloadable PDF pattern for the Dagger & Sheath Template for EVA Foam. This is designed to be made with 4mm and 2mm EVA foam. Simply print the pages at border set to "none" and transfer the patterns to the EVA foam as instructed. BONUS SVG FILES INCLUDED FOR LASER CUTTING (2 blade halves, 2 cross-guard halves and 2 sheath halves). Suggested Glowforge Aura Laser Cutter settings are included. Every laser cutter is different, so please test your settings. You can omit the decorative designs if desired for laser cutting.

What is EVA 38 and EVA 70?
EVA foam has a density. Most store bought EVA foam has a density of 38. EVA 70 is much more dense and is great for creating props and details that need exra strength. You can find this kind of specialty EVA foam at www.tntcosplaycupply.com. Use EVA 38 if you don’t have access to EVA 70.
